Do What You Can

Are you too hard on yourself when you don’t make it to the gym?

Beating yourself up is a recipe for disaster when it comes to results. Don’t do it.

  1. It doesn’t make you any stronger, healthier or more fit.
  2. It’s a waste of time.
  3. It can start a negative psychological chain reaction that could lead to a negative association with exercise.
Instead of sulking, take that negative energy that’s in your body and plan your next workout. Put the day and time in the calendar. What exercise you are going to do and who you can get to go with you.
After that just start doing what you can where ever you are. Do 5 push-ups, 30 crunches, 10 downward facing dog’s. or just go for a quick walk.
Now you feel better.
