Eating by Color

Fruits and vegetable come in many colors: Turns out, that the colors matter and mean something here are a few examples.

  • Greens, like spinach and kale
  • Reds, like tomato, chili’s, raspberries and pomegranates
  • Oranges, like cantaloupe, pineapple, pumpkin and sweet potato
  • White, like parsnips, onion and apples
  • Purple, like eggplant, wine and prunes
