Exercise Myths

These myths seem to resurface every year because they seem logical. They don’t really help. So here are a few things not to believe.

  1. Running causes arthritis in your knees.
  2. Pilates lengthens your muscles.
  3. You can do mouth exercises to reduce chin jiggle.
  4. Don’t drink water during Yoga.

Yes, those are myths. It’s ok. Here’s a link to an article with more. The main things to improve your health are to consistently eat non-processed foods, and do a variety of exercise styles. I.E. yoga, running, cross training, hiking. etc.
