Fit Exercise Into Your Holiday
It can be hard to fit extra exercise into your busy holiday schedule, with traffic, parties, obligations etc. Use your shopping as an excuse to get fit.
Park far away from the stores you will be shopping at.
Why not jog to the first store, then carry your heavy bags by hand all the way back to your car.
If you decide to do curls with the bags, you will get even more arm and core strength as a result.
Don’t forget that you can also plan to take walks around the neighborhood after meals.
Do Wii tournaments that require movement or play hide and seek around the house with the kids. Or Adults.
