Fitness Forecast East Bay Area

Today is a great day to go for a run in Alameda, or do some outdoor activity.

Saturday and Sunday should be indoor workout days with strength training and or total body conditioning workouts.

Monday do your flexibility program.

Tuesday should be a little cooler so try to get out for a long hike.

This is a great week to be active in the bay area get out and enjoy it!
