Fitness Forecast July 20-26 2015

Looks like Monday the 20th is the hottest day this week, followed by milder temperatures.

Monday: Gym indoor strength workout get all the major muscle groups low reps – high intensity

Tuesday: Hike, Walk or Jog 30 to 60 minutes

Wednesday: Interval training with total body exercises that cover all muscle groups.

Thursday: Light walk and 30-60 minutes of flexibility

Friday: Recreation, golf, long bike ride, run etc. Fun and active.

Saturday: Same as Friday or off.
