I know a lot of you like to workout indoors or out and planning your week of exercise can be pretty daunting. Well it’s one more hurdle that can make exercise just a little harder, or an excuse you can use to get out of exercising.
So. . . I am going to be doing something called the fitness forecast for the east bay area every week and you are welcome to check in every week and plan out your exercise routine for the week with me.
The cool thing is, even if you don’t live in the immediate area, you can take some of the ideas and fitness concepts I provide and use them in your area.
