Foam Roller Every Day?


There are lots of good reasons to use a foam roller every day. If you haven’t ever done it you are in for quite an experience.


If you have, then you know. It’s great, and I can’t imagine not doing it now that it’s part of my life.


I think you should do it every day and before exercise if you can. Here are my favorite reasons.


  1. It reduces soreness and tightness from working out.
  2. It helps you loosen tight muscles before exercise.
  3. Makes you feel like you have just had a massage. (and in fact you have)
  4. It helps you de-stress.
