Hidden Sugar

“I eat really healthy” is a quote I hear from a lot of my new personal training clients.

I always encourage them to continue to learn about food and eating healthy so they can make good decisions.

Sometimes they are shocked to find out that they get a lot more sugar in their diets than they thought.
