Is your lighting making you grumpy?

It could be if it’s keeping you from getting a good night’s sleep by interrupting your circadian rhythms (your body’s natural sleep and wake cycle)

Which by the way is the most often overlooked reason for weight (fat) gain when people look into why they are gaining weight.

According to the ADA, LED’s can disrupt your sleep cycle making you grumpy. Even from street lights.

Don’t care about yourself? It even hurts animal species like turtles, frogs and insects.
So limit your exposure. Limit T.V. time before bed, especially on LED TV’s, smart phones, tablets and devices. Try reading from a book, and go to bed early.
