Let It Go Before 2014

 

We all have stress from our lives and situations. That’s normal. What we don’t get enough of sometimes is letting go of that stress. Much of the time we need to move on to the next task and things back up. So here is my short list of things to let go before the new year.

 

1. Let go of feeling guilty for what you truly want to do.

 

2. Let go of worrying. Worrying is like praying for what you don’t want.

 

3. Let go of thinking that you have to know everything to make it happen; we learn on the way.
