More Than Zero

How often do you workout? How often should you? Is every day too much?

It all depends on your age, fitness level, history, ability, environment, etc.

But, if you can do more than zero, every day I think you have a chance at living a healthier longer life, and you’ll build some momentum to grow on.

1 Push-up,
5 minutes of a stretch you know you need to do,
3 crunches then lying in an exhausted heap all = more than zero

I think that’s your new goal, do more than zero every day. The rest of the time get used to doing as much as you can!
