Put it On the Calendar
Workouts can be a hard thing to get done sometimes. Especially when it seems like more responsibilities and unforeseen issues pop up.
Plus we often put too much pressure on ourselves to do everything.
Well, here’s the good news. Getting your workouts in can be as easy as putting them in your calendar.
Put 4 workouts into your calendar for this week, they can be 30 minutes to an hour.
Shoot for getting 75% of the workouts done for the week. That’s 3 out of 4.
Let the workout be any kind that you need, flexibility, strength, cardio, or some combination of any or all of those options.
Put it in the calendar and see what happens, make adjustments as necessary and do your best to stick to the calendar. Remember it’s YOU time.
