Runners Listen Up

If you run you know that it can be such a great feeling of freedom and accomplishment to do a run. However there are literally a lot of moving parts, and they all effect each other.

Here is a list things to consider when you go out for that jog.

  1. Hip movement
  2. Arm swing
  3. Speed of pronation
  4. Foot placement
  5. Steps per minute
  6. Vertical displacement

When you get tired think about these things instead of how hard it is.
